Nowadays, if I want to let a person who lives or works in Shanghai quickly know where I live, the best bet is just saying " my place locates closing to Sky SOHO". which Sky Soho is a futuristic train-like architecture designed by Zaha Hadid, where comprises of a compelling mix of office and retail space. Thanks to that, I don't ever say what I live is 5km away from Shanghai HongQiao airport and transportation hub anymore.

It is not uncommon the unusual yet powerful look of the building give people a strong impression. After seeing many commuters flood to the nearby metro station after work, it's not hard to get the connection and association between them.

But Zaha's " experiment" here is relatively new, and she is foreign, is this be able to represent my area? I recollected it was getting dark after finishing the physical research of my area, I had to say, Shanghai is changing quickly, so is my area, but the thing keeps me wondering is what is the permanent essence of my area? while I was thinking of it at the point, I looked up at the sky, detecting the moon seems to be following me (which moon is a symbol of unity and family in China.) I roughly realised something.

Therefore, I made this pop-up card as an alternative map for my area, one can see the overt iconic building erects on the top middle. One can also switch to see the moon and river. These elements all abstractly showcase a state of flux.
